An ordered product is sent to you as a letter or package. The person ordering must be an adult.
Time of delivery
The time of delivery is 5-6 days, if we have the product in stock and 2-3 weeks, if the product is casually out of stock. In the beginning of the launch the delivery time might be longer because of the difficulty in estimating the amount of orders.
Prices and payment
All our prices are in EURO and include VAT 22 %. If the buyer is a private person who lives in a EU-country, then the VAT shall be paid. If the buyer is a company in a EU-land, the company must inform about the VAT-number when making the order and then the purchase is VAT-free. If the buyer comes outside EU, then the purchase is VAT-free both for private persons as for companies. The freight- and treatmentcosts are not included in the price. Accepted payment for the moment is payment in advance to our account.
When your order has reached us. you will get an e-mail including the price for your order. The order is given to the post for transport at the moment we can see that your payment is on our account. The payment is dispatched to the account: Ålandsbanken- 660100-1055425, according to the information in the orderacceptance. The account belongs to Brave Mind. Lyckoboda Lifestyle is acting as a part of Brave Mind.
Terms of delivery
Your order will be sent with Itella or with a partner chosen by Itella. Freight- and treatmentcosts will be added to all orders. The costs are depending on the weight of your order and will be automatically shown in your shopping cart.
At deliveries outside EU, we will keep the rights to choose the way of delivery, easiest and cheapest for the customer and for us. The prices do not include possible import tax, other taxes or customs duty. These are separately paid by the customer. The fees vary between countries
The products have 14 days refundable permission according to the Finnish consumerlaw.
This permission is in force solely if the product is in original condition.

Problemsituations at delivery and when it comes to products out of repair
If the product has disappeared during delivery, broke down or the customer has got a product out repair, the customer must immediately inform about the fault to following e-mailaddress: info (at) lyckboda.fi. This announcement has to be done at the latest 14 days after receiving the product. If the order has been damaged during the delivery, you must complain to the post immediately.
